Fraud, misrepresentation, and prohibited materials are not permitted. All transactions occur directly between users.
3. Transactions
Subgrade provides a marketplace only and is not a party to any transaction. Pricing, payment, delivery, and contractual terms are agreed between users.
4. Liability
Subgrade is not liable for disputes, losses, delays, or damages arising from user transactions.
